What makes WLDCAT different?

WLDCAT is where effective + innovative movement meets queen energy. From the music, to the movement, to the vibe, we are all in on helping you unlock your most confident and radiant self. It's not just about how you show up on the mat - it's about how you carry that feeling into your life.

What kind of results can I expect?

With consistency, members often report feeling stronger, more energized, more confident, and more connected to their bodies and their baddest/highest self.

What's included in my membership?

Your membership includes unlimited access to our on-demand library, all livestream classes, and exclusive programs and challenges.

How do I sign up for a membership?

You can sign up anytime through the Join Now page.

How do the weekly workout schedules work?

Every Monday, you'll receive a new week of workouts designed to take the guesswork out of planning. Choose from three schedule options: Sculpt Only (low-impact, strength-focused movement), Cardio + Sculpt (sculpt workouts with bursts of cardio), or Mix It Up (a combination of both).

How often is new content added?

2–3 new workouts are added every Monday, so you'll always have something fresh to move with. You can always hit us with content requests!

How do I stay updated on new content drops?

There are several ways to stay in the loop! We send weekly content emails and share content & schedule updates on Instagram (@wldcatofficial). For real-time alerts, be sure to enable push notifications in the app. You can also find all newly released classes in the New On Demand section on the app as well as the “New Classes of the Week/Month” tabs on the website.

How often are the livestreams?

Join Nicole live Wednesday and Friday at 8:00 AM PT. Livestreams are included with your membership and provide a chance to receive real-time form cueing, ask questions, and move alongside the WLDCAT community. The monthly schedule is shared in advance, and on days without a livestream, a new on-demand workout will be released instead.

Do I need dance experience?

Not at all! We offer choreography options for all levels. Our DANCEsculpt classes feature a range of dance cardio choreography from intro to advanced. The only requirement is shaking a** and having fun. :)

I'm new and a beginner. Where should I start?

We recommend starting with our Intro to WLDCAT Program. It's designed to teach you the fundamentals and help you build confidence before progressing to our longer or more advanced classes. Although we will continue to add intro specific content, we also recommend checking out our No Equipment or MATsculpt classes w/o equipment to start.

I'm experienced. Where should I start?

We recommend diving into one of our Weekly Workout Schedules or checking out our Baddie Reset Program for a curated collection of intermediate and advanced classes.

What equipment do I need?

We recommend light hand weights (3–5 lbs), ankle weights (2–4 lbs), medium to heavy resistance bands, and gliders. While many classes incorporate equipment, every WLDCAT workout can be completed without it, and we also offer a dedicated collection of No Equipment classes.

How long are the workouts?

We offer classes ranging from 10–50 minutes, making it easy to fit movement into your schedule.

Will I get helpful tips on my form?

Yes! You'll receive detailed form cues throughout every on-demand workout to help you feel confident in your movement. If you're looking for more individualized coaching, our livestream classes offer real-time feedback and personalized cueing.

Can I do WLDCAT at home?

Yes! Every workout is designed to be done from the comfort of your home with minimal space and equipment.

Can I stream WLDCAT on my TV?

Yes! You can access WLDCAT on your phone through our app, tablet, computer, or cast to your TV for a studio-like experience at home.

How can I recreate the WLDCAT studio experience at home?

Set the mood. Turn up the heat, dim the lights (bonus points for a red light), wear something that makes you feel confident, and turn the music up. The goal isn't to create a perfect studio—it's to create a space where you feel free to move.
